     I stand behind everything I sell here at Forever Vogue. I make every effort to describe and photo items as best as possible, but if you are not happy with your purchase please contact me by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase, explaining that you are returning the item (s).  Please contact me via phone @ 1-630-802-1211 or by email ForeverVogue@aol.com.    
 
     You must contact me via phone or email within 24 hours; otherwise, I consider the sale as final. I'm a small business owner & I can't afford to be out inventory, plain & simple.

     Please return the item (s) within 2 days of receipt via 1ST CLASS MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
 in the original packaging it was sent in. A refund will be mailed immediately after the item (s) is (are) received, with a restocking fee of 8%. 

I would prefer you ask questions before you buy & if it warrants, ask for more pictures. I am always happy to oblige on any question, & I always take multiple pictures of each item, though many do not make it into the website due to space & time constraints.
